What is the refund policy for Video on Demand?

Vimeo has a 30-day refund policy. Send your request to and include the following information:

  1. Date of purchase
  2. Which video course to refund with a link to the video
  3. A link to your Vimeo profile (for example, You can find this by hovering over the blue smiley face in the upper right corner and clicking View Profile. The user profile link will be in the search bar.

Apologia is not the company that directly issues the refunds for Video on Demand since the rental transaction was made with Vimeo. Apologia must submit eligible refund requests to Vimeo prior to the 30-day deadline. Please send us your request within 21 days so that we have time to submit the request. Vimeo does not grant exceptions to the 30-day policy.
