Why can’t I see the videos from Self-Paced, Live Online Classes, or Vimeo when I am online?

On rare occasions, the company we host several of our online videos with (Vimeo) will have an outage. If you are having difficulties seeing the videos, please check https://www.vimeostatus.com/ to see if there is an outage. Vimeo is fast to respond to any outages and will get the videos restored asap.

 

If there is not a current outage reported, please contact customerservice@apologia.com for Self-Paced questions, contact your Live Online Class instructor for Live Online Class questions, or contact Vimeo (https://vimeo.com/help/contact) for questions with Video on Demand or other questions.
