Educational Savings Accounts (ESA) orders purchased through the Odyssey platform cannot be canceled or returned according to Odyssey's policy on their website. 

However, Odyssey does maintain "a limited return policy for items that are damaged or orders that are not fulfilled properly. Damaged and incorrect items must be reported [to Odyssey] with images of the item and packaging within 5 business days of receipt. Partial refunds are not supported."
