Fortunately, most of our lockouts are only for a short period of time. You can clear a first-time lockout by waiting 15 minutes or by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link under Login at the My Account page to request an email to reset your password. This email should arrive in 5-30 minutes (Check your SPAM folder if you do not see it).
Lockouts most often happen when incorrect usernames/passwords are used several times. We recommend logging out of apologia.com on all devices. If one device has an incorrect password saved and it tries to log in, it will result in more lockouts. This can often be the cause of repeated lockouts, if you find that you are having that issue.
