Returned items must be in resalable condition.

For bundled sets, all items must be returned unopened in order to receive a full refund.  If only part of a bundled set is returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly and the discount will be forfeited.

The following items are not eligible for return: 

• Audiobooks
• Opened CDs/DVDs/Thumb Drives
• Solutions and Tests Manual or Course Guide & Answer Key with shrink wrap opened/removed
• Kaplan Coloring Book
• ALL Lab Equipment
