Access is automatically ended once the one-year subscription window has closed. Your student will receive a notification two weeks prior to the end of the subscription. If you believe you have special circumstances that require an extension, please e-mail us at [email protected] before your subscription expires. 

 

We offer a one-time, 3-month extension for $75. Please submit payment via PayPal to [email protected]. Once payment has been made, email the receipt to [email protected] and include the student name, email address, and the course you are requesting the extension for. We will extend the expiration date three months from the original expiration date. Please allow a few days prior to the expiration date for this to be processed.
