Apologia does not provide technical support for personal devices or browsers. However, we will be happy to assist if you have a problem with the enrollment process, the Self-Paced course portal on Canvas, or with password and email address resets. You can submit a help request by emailing us at [email protected].


If you are having issues with the audio or video components of Self-Paced, please check the browser requirements for Canvas first. If that doesn’t work, you can try clearing your cache.
