If you type in the wrong password 3 times, the system is programmed to lock you out of your account. You can unlock it and reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link under Login at the My Account page. Enter in your email address, then press Reset Password. This will email you a temporary password that will allow you into the site.
Lockouts most often happen when incorrect usernames/passwords are used several times. We recommend logging out of apologia.com on all devices. If one device has an incorrect password saved and it tries to log in, it will result in more lockouts. This can often be the cause of repeated lockouts, if you find that you are having that issue.
